Returns and Complaints Policy

 

 

 

• Return period: The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
• Procedure: The withdrawal from the contract must be notified to the seller by a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail to shop@geo.guru). To expedite the process, we recommend contacting the seller before sending the goods back, although this is not a strict condition for withdrawal.
• Returning the goods: The buyer is obliged to send the goods back no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.
• Return costs: The cost of returning the goods is covered by the seller via a provided return label, unless both parties agree otherwise.
• Refunds: The seller will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, within 14 days of the withdrawal from the contract. The payment will be refunded using the same payment method it was received, unless agreed otherwise.
• Exceptions: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that have been made to the buyer's specific requirements or personalized. It also does not apply to digital content (not supplied on a tangible medium) if its provision began with the buyer's express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and the buyer was informed that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

 

 

• Rights arising from defective goods are governed by the relevant provisions of the Czech Civil Code.
• Filing a complaint: The buyer is entitled to file a complaint without undue delay after discovering the defect.
• Processing time: The seller will decide on the complaint without undue delay, and no later than 30 days from the date it was filed.
• Exceptions to complaints: Liability for defects does not cover defects caused by the buyer's incorrect use of digital content, or activation/tracking codes.
